Linda McAleer, President and founder of The Melior Group was the key speaker at the Healthcare Planning and Marketing Society of New Jersey's Meet and Greet on September 15, 2008.

Linda led a forum that discussed the role of women's leadership, their role in healthcare today and the qualities that can make a female leader a key member of an executive team.  The morning session was inspired by the WOMEN'S WAY Leadership Award, which Linda was honored with earlier this year.
