It is no longer “business as usual” for colleges, universities, and other entities that provide and support education. Demographic shifts, changes in the economy, a global marketplace, and ever-increasing “consumer choice” mean that educational institutions must be prepared to understand their markets, make appropriate organizational and facilities changes, and build responsive programs and services if they are to meet the needs of their various constituencies. And, educational institutions (as well as those who support them) must respond to multi-layered audiences, including existing and prospective students, alumni, faculty, boards of trustees, donors and funders, and their own employee base. We have worked with colleges and universities, with professional educational institutions and programs, such as in medicine, public health, business, law, and IT, and with secondary schools (independent, private, vocational/technical), in their efforts to build a successful future. We have helped to direct recruitment efforts, to assess the market potential of new professional programs, to develop strategies to re-name and re-brand colleges, to launch development efforts and capital campaigns, and to determine the viability of major initiatives that might change the future of an institution. Melior’s work with education-related organizations – testing, funding, and certification entities – allows us to keep abreast of the broader context in which educational institutions operate and to help to plan new initiatives to assure change occurs for the benefit of educational organizations and their “customers.” Click here to read our Success Stories or Ask Us For A Proposal. |
